U Hotel Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building

Location is top! I really love the bed, really wide and comfortable. The cleanliness was really good also, and the staff were amazing. Everyone is willing to help, to give recommendations and wanted your stay to be perfect.

Ty is an absolute beast of a person! Always gave a warm welcome to every guests and stays consistent that way. Location was very accommodating and we'll rebook again for my next visit in NYC!

The location was excellent, about 5mins walk from the nearest subway station and the Empire State Building was about 2mins away, you step out of the door you look up and there she is. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us some tips how to get around and we could leave our luggages safely there on the day of departure. The room was comfy, had a mini fridge, AC, bathroom. We booked the king size bed, which was enormous, for the two of us it was plenty, very clean, every day it was cleaned up nicely. I can recommend it. Oh and the Starbucks was literally next door, there was a door from the hotel directly into Starbucks... So you basically got out of the elevator, opened the door and ordered your coffee.

I have nothing but words of praise for this hotel! I have stayed here twice and have been very satisfied each time. From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure, everything was flawless. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, always available for anything needed. The rooms are perfectly clean, and the attention given to guests is at an enviable level. This is truly a place I will always return to and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay. I especially want to praise Carlos from the front desk and all the other employees at the front desk as well as the maid.

We could see the Empire State Building from our room, which was very New York-like. The interior of the room was also stylish. The location was great because it was cheaper than other hotels, even though it was in an area with many tourist attractions. There were many restaurants nearby, so it was very convenient. The front desk staff were all very kind. There was a Starbucks next to the hotel, and a Dunkin Donuts across the street, so it was a very convenient location. There was also a CVS nearby.
